Premium Heavyweight Build
This isn't a flimsy novelty shirt. Our cropped jerseys are constructed using heavy, durable athletic mesh that holds its boxy football structure and hangs comfortably. Graphics and vibrant colours are dyed directly into the fabric so they will never peel or crack. Every piece is exclusively finished with our woven TC Authentic Patch on the lower hem.
This jersey delivers a flattering, modern cropped cut while keeping that bold gridiron silhouette. The length of the crop scales naturally with the size you choose (for reference, a size Large has a crop length of approximately 17 inches).

How to Order & Customise
- Select your Design Type (Personalised Template or Full Bespoke Custom) and Size from the menu.
- In the Island / Country / Template Choice box, state your country or the existing collection design you want adapted.
- Enter your desired Name for the back nameplate (e.g., "ISLANDER", your surname, or nickname).
- Enter your desired Number for the back and shoulders (e.g., area code or lucky number).
- Use the "Personalisation / Design Notes" box at checkout to describe any specific design details, colour preferences, or custom crop lengths.
- The Digital Mock-up: Once ordered, our design team will send you a digital mock-up via email to review and approve before production begins!
Because this is a bespoke piece created just for you, we will never print your jersey until you have seen and approved your digital mock-up. We will work together until you're completely happy with the design.
⚠️ Production Time: All custom items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production and delivery following mock-up approval.

The prices shown are for a standard 4 x 4-inch embroidery area for digitised designs apart from special collection designs. Higher stitch count designs will cost more.
For quality control of custom embroidered designs, it is recommended, but not essential, to get a sample first - but this will be at your cost.
