🎨 Customisation & Orders
How much does a custom design cost?
The price depends on the complexity:
- Simple Print Designs: Often included in the standard price.
- Custom Embroidery / Digitisation: Complex designs that need to be "digitised" (turned into a stitch file) typically incur a one-off fee ranging from £5 to £40 depending on size and detail.

How do I order a custom design?
It's easy! You can either:
- Use the "Personalisation" box on any product page to request text/colour changes.
- For fully bespoke ideas, send us a message with your brief (images, sketches, or ideas). We can print or embroider on the Front, Chest, Back, or Sleeve.

What if I don't like the mock-up?
No worries! That is exactly why we have our "Mock-up First" Promise. We will never start production until you have approved the digital design. If you want changes to the layout or colours during the mock-up stage, we will work with you until it's perfect.
Do you offer bulk discounts for groups or carnivals?
Yes! If you are ordering for a family trip, stag/hen do, or a carnival troupe, we can offer a discount on bulk orders. Please contact us with your quantities for a custom price.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Because every item is made to order, please allow:
- Standard Production (Print/Embroidery): 5-7 business days to source and create.
- All-Over-Print Items: Please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery as these are cut-and-sew garments.
- Shipping Time (UK): Usually 2-4 days after dispatch.
Note: We will always keep you updated on your order's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can! While our website is set up primarily for the UK, we frequently ship to Europe, the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, please email us and we will arrange a custom shipping quote for you.
👕 Sizing & Product Care
Where can I find sizing information?
Most product pages have a sizing chart in the description. If you cannot see one, please get in touch.
Looking for a specific fit?
- We have a dedicated page for Oversized T-Shirts.
- If you are looking for specific cuts (e.g., Ladies fit, Slim fit, or Kids sizes) or oversized items not shown on the site, just drop us a message and we can source them for you.
How should I wash my embroidered/printed gear?
To keep your Caribbean gear looking fresh:
- Wash: Inside out on a cool setting (30°C).
- Dry: Air dry is best. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinking or damage to the print/stitching.
- Iron: Iron inside out. Never iron directly over a printed design!
↺ Returns & Refunds
Can I return a custom/personalised item?
Because custom items (including those with specific island flags, names, or dates) are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
Please double-check your size and spelling before ordering. If you are unsure, ask us for a mock-up or size guide first!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry! If there is a fault with the garment or an error in the design (that differs from the approved mock-up), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
