The Nakama Story
Created from a love for One Piece. Just as every pirate crew has a story, this Jolly Roger tells the tale of my birth island, Montserrat. It represents the reason my family (Nakama) had to leave: the volcano.
Decoding the Skull
Every element of the Montserrat Jolly Roger holds a secret meaning:
- The Lava: A scar we bear from our past for all to see (similar to Shanks).
- The Eyes: Glowing Green to represent Montserrat as "The Caribbean's Emerald Isle."
- The Volcano: The Soufrière Hills and the forever ominous overhanging cloud.
- The Shamrocks: A nod to the island's historical ties to Irish influence.
