How to Order Your Custom Design
- Choose your garment colour and size.
- Add the item to your cart.
- Describe your design in the Personalisation box on this page, or the "Order special instructions" box at checkout.
Example Note: "Left heart: Trinidad flag, Right heart: UK flag. Initials 'A+D' underneath in white."
Our Personal Design Promise
We will not stitch anything until you are 100% happy. I will personally email you a digital mock-up of your design for approval before production begins. Your story is in safe hands.
Your Story, Your Design:
This design is fully customisable. Popular options include:
- Two-Flag Hearts: Combine any two national flags (e.g., Jamaica & USA, Barbados & UK).
- Heritage & Love: Mix a flag with a solid colour, a pride flag, or another symbol.
- Add Initials: Place initials, a short name, or a date (e.g., "A+D" or "EST. 2020") below the hearts.
- Custom Placement: Default is Left Chest, but you can request Centre Chest, Sleeve, etc.

Delivery times may vary due to customisation and location. If you are unsure or need anything sooner, then please get in touch directly.
- 4 - 8 business days - Print Designs
- 7 - 14 days - Repeat/Digitized Embroidered Designs
- 7 - 21 days - New/Custom Embroidered Designs
- 14 - 28 days - All Over Print
The prices shown are for a standard 4 x 4-inch embroidery area for digitised designs apart from special collection designs. Higher stitch count designs will cost more.
For quality control of custom embroidered designs, it is recommended, but not essential, to get a sample first - but this will be at your cost.

- For paid orders, I will reply within 2 business days with a custom mockup or to find out more
- Any additional charges will be mentioned and sent in an invoice
