How to Personalise Your Apparel
- Choose your garment colour and size.
- In the "Personalisation" box or the "Order special instructions" box at checkout, describe your customisations (see ideas below).
- That's it! We will personally email you a digital mock-up for approval before anything is stitched.
Customisation Ideas:
- 🧵 Embroidery Location: Request Left Chest (default), Centre Chest, or Right Chest.
- 🎨 Colour Tweaks: Want a deeper red or brighter green? Just let us know.
- ✍️ Add Text: Add initials, a name, or a date below the heart (e.g., "A&B" or "Spice Isle").

Every garment is made to order. We will **never** stitch a custom design until you have seen and approved a digital mock-up via email. We'll work together to make sure it's perfect.
Note: Longer names or designs larger than our standard 4x4 hoop may incur a small additional cost. We will confirm this with you during the mock-up process.

- 4 - 8 business days - Print Designs
- 7 - 14 days - Repeat/Digitized Embroidered Designs
- 7 - 21 days - New/Custom Embroidered Designs
- 14 - 28 days - All Over Print
The prices shown are for a standard 4 x 4-inch embroidery area for digitised designs apart from special collection designs. Higher stitch count designs will cost more.
For quality control of custom embroidered designs, it is recommended, but not essential, to get a sample first - but this will be at your cost.

- For paid orders, I will reply within 2 business days with a custom mockup or to find out more
- Any additional charges will be mentioned and sent in an invoice
- Once paid, custom production will start
